RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within ten (10) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. However, this is eligible for items that can be returned and not for all products.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please contact or email customer service at info@planx.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then return it to the following address:

We may also arrange a return product pick-up based on the item.

TERMS OF RETURN

The following general returns policy is applicable to all items sold by The Chennai Mobiles. In general, an item may be eligible for return within the applicable return window if it fulfils one or more of the following conditions:

• It was delivered in a physically damaged condition
• Has missing parts or accessories
• Is different from what was ordered
• Is no longer needed (not all items may be eligible)

Products marked as "non-returnable" on the product detail page cannot be returned. All items must be returned in their original condition, with price tags intact, user manual, warranty cards, original accessories and in the original manufacturer’s box/packaging as delivered to you.

Refer to instructions to return items against each category. We may reject the return pickup if the items are not returned according to the policy mentioned against each category.

If you wish to return a mobile device that stores any personal information, please ensure that you have removed all such personal information from the device prior to returning. The Chennai Mobiles shall not be liable in any manner for any misuse or usage of such information.

Some items may not be eligible for return if you "no longer need it" (including cases of buyer's remorse such as incorrect model or colour of product ordered or incorrect product ordered).

Please Note

• Sale items without insurance are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned in case of damage that happened on your end.
